Refund policy for Course Fees

If you must cancel your course registration, please notify the Midwest Implant Institute immediately. Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the start of a course are subject to an administration fee of 25% of the course fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before commencement of a course will receive no refund.

Where patients were to be brought for hands-on surgery, a cancellation fee of 25% applies to the surgery fees.

For the extern program, once commenced, no refunds are payable to the participants.

Please allow 4-6 weeks for refunds.

"No shows" will not qualify for a refund.

At MII's sole discretion it may on occasions, subject to the circumstances and availability, agree to apply the full fees paid to a future course in the same program. In the event of a fee increase for the same course, the retained fee will be applied and no additional payment for the difference in fee will be applied. If the fee is applied to a different course of higher value, any additional cost will be payable by the participant.

These fees cannot be reapplied between different programs being organized by the MII Fellows, and MII, or between the Symposium and other courses.

request. MII accepts no liability or responsibility for additional or incidental costs for
participants in the event of cancellation and advises all participants to ensure travel
insurance is taken for all travel cost liabilities.

Separate, different cancellation criteria apply to the annual MII Fellows Symposium and
are published on the Symposium brochures and payment information.
