The Midwest Implant Institute was founded in 1980 by Dr. Alfred “Duke” Heller and Dr. Jack Hahn, becoming the first American Dental Implant Institute and currently the only institute that:

• Helps you obtain a temporary Ohio License for ongoing Live Surgical Training on Your Patients
• Thoroughly integrates live training with your staff to help build your proficient implant team

Since 1980, there have been thousands of doctors and staff that have been thoroughly trained at the Midwest Implant Institute.
